Return Policy

- Return Policy - 

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this Site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within twenty (20) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

The product you wish to return:

• must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
• must have all disposable seals still attached with the disposable seal that must still be intact;
• must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
• must be sent in its original packaging;
• must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within twenty (20) days of the date of delivery;
• must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and
• must be shipped from the country it was delivered to.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s) which was paid to our account, less any original shipping costs. If you prefer you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above;

If you have been notified that you are not entitled to a refund, you have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund, that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by the Provider.

If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize Provider, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE SOME NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE, LIKE BEACHWEAR AND UNDERWEAR. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE DETAIL PAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE WHICH IS NON-RETURNABLE.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

IDENTIFICATION TAG

All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way. If you remove or alter this sticker, you may no longer return your purchase.

WE OFFER NO EXCHANGES ON MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON THE SITE

PROVIDER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SITE NOR AS TO THE MERCHANDISE BEING SOLD TO YOU.

PROVIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Mi želimo da obezbedimo da ste potpuno zadovoljni kupovinom na ovom sajtu. Ako iz bilo kog razloga niste zadovoljni svojom kupovinom, možete vratiti svaki NEKORIŠĆEN proizvod u roku od dvadeset (20) dana od dana isporuke. Pre nego što nam pošaljete proizvod nazad, molimo vas da proverite da li su svi dolenavedeni uslovi ispunjeni.

Proizvod koji želite da vratite:

-         mora biti nekorišćen, nenošen, neopran i u istom stanju u kom ste ga primili

-         mora imati zaštitnu etiketu zakačenu a zaštitni pečat mora biti neoštećen

-         mora biti vraćen u kompletu sa svim svojim delovima i aksesoarom

-         mora biti vraćen u originalnom pakovanju

-         mora biti vraćen dobavljaču u roku od 20 dana od dana isporuke

-         mora biti vraćen u jednoj pošiljci; proizvodi koji pripadaju jednoj posiljci se moraju zajedno vratiti

-         moraju biti poslati iz zemlje u koju je isporučena

Ako su svi ovi uslovi ispunjeni, refundiraćemo vam vrednost vraćenih proizvoda koju ste uplatili na naš račun, ne ukljucujući troškove dostave. Ako želite, povrat robe možete izvršiti bilo kojom kurirskom službom po vašem izboru o svom trošku. Neće se refundirati roba koja ne zadovoljava gorenavedene uslove.

Ako ste obavešteni da nemate pravo na refundaciju, imate opciju da u roku od trideset (30) dana od dana ovog obaveštenja zatražite da vam robu pošaljemo nazad, o vašem trošku i u stanju u kakvom smo je od vas primili.

Ako u roku od 30 dana ne zatražite da vam istu vratimo, smatramo da ste ovlastili Dobavljača da sa tom robom raspolaže po svom nahodjenju.

ZADRŽAVAMO PRAVO DA NA SAJTU ODREDIMO NEKE NEPOVRATNE PROIZVODE, KAO ŠTO SU KUPAĆI KOSTIMI ILI VEŠ. SVAKU TAKVU ODREDNICU ĆEMO NAZNAČITI NA DETALJNOJ STRANI PROIZVODA KOJI JE NEPOVRATAN.


POLITIKA POVRATA

Refundiranje se obradjuje u roku od oko tri (3) radna dana od prijema vraćene robe. Vaša refundacija će biti isplaćena istim medodom plaćanja kojim ste izvršili prvobitnu kupovinu na Sajtu.

NE REFUNDIRAMO PROIZVODE KOJI SU NAZNAČENI KAO NEPOVRATNI


IDENTIFIKACIONA ETIKETA

Svi naši proizvodi dolaze sa identifikacijskom etiketom i zaštitnim pečatom. Molimo vas da svoj proizvod probate PRE uklanjanja te etikete i pečata, jer ne prihvatamo povrat za robu sa koje je sigurnosni pečat uklonjen, polomljen ili oštećen u bilo kom smislu. Ako uklonite ili izmenite stiker, više proizvod ne možete vratiti.

NE VRŠIMO ZAMENU ROBE KUPLJENU NA OVOM SAJTU. DOBAVLJAČ NE DAJE NIKAKVE GARANCIJE, DIREKTNE ILI INDIREKTNE ZA PROIZVODE NA SAJTU KAO NI ZA ONE KOJE STE KUPILI.

DOBAVLJAČ SE NE SMATRA ODGOVORNIM ZA BILO KOJU ŠTETU KOJA NASTANE KORIŠĆENJEM OVOG SAJTA.

Dobavljač se ne smatra odgovornim za bilo kakvo kašnjenje ili neizvršavanje izazvano posledicama van njegove razumne kontrole.
