1. ORDERS & PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to email confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on the site may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

2. PRICES

All prices are in Euros. Prices may change without notice from time to time.

The total amount due is inclusive of sales tax.

All prices are inclusive of customs and import/export duties based on your shipping address.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the site as specified on your order confirmation.

4. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the same have cleared our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.

Uslovi i pojmovi prodaje

1.  PORUDŽBINE I PROIZVODI
Sve porudžbine se potvrdjuju mailom. Može se dogoditi da proizvodi prikazani na sajtu nisu dostupni, da su rasprodati i da ih nema na stanju. Iako se trudimo da precizno prikažemo boje proizvoda, boje koje vidite zavise od vašeg monitora i možda nisu precizne.


2. CENE
Sve cene su date u Evrima. Zadržavamo pravo povremene izmene cena. Ukupna cena koju placate obuhvata PDV i eventualnu carinu.


3. CENA DOSTAVE
Za porudžbine u Srbiji dostava je besplatna. Za sve ostale zemlje kupac snosi troškove dostave po cenama prikazanim na sajtu.


4. SLANJE I ISPORUKA
Kupac snosi rizik mogućeg oštećenja Ili gubljenja pošiljke od momenta kada je ista napustila naš magacin. Isporuka se smatra obavljenom od momenta kada Pošta preuzme pošiljku.
